Heavy-duty European style short backset mortice lock with Aluminium faceplate.
Reversible latchbolt. Strong lever return spring mechanism. 30 mm backset various striker options available. A range of locking bolt options (13 mm and 24 mm).
Tested to AS 415.2 1993 criteria. Use with 85 mm pitch door furniture. Use with 8 mm square lever spindle.

Application/Description
The lever Compression Lock has been specifically designed for Australian conditions. It is a morticed, multipoint, swing door lock designed to generate high sealing forces to provide improved water and air seal performance especially for large panel doors.
The central bolt and the remote pivoting bolts are operated by the handle. A simple upward motion of the handle activates the bolts while a downward motion deactivates the bolts. Deadlocking is provided by a conventional “Euro style” cylinder.
Sequence of Operation
1. Pull door closed to latch.
2. Rotate handle upwards to engage bolts.
3. Handle returns to neutral position.
4. Key to lock.
5. Key to unlock and free handle.
6. Handle rotated downwards to retract drop bolts and retract latch.
