Briton 222 Series Surface Mounted Closer

The Briton 222 series is a non-handed, economical unit designed to be used on commercial interior/exterior wooden and metal doors i.e. high usage corridor, office, entrance and stairwell doors. The closer is an adjustable 2-6 strength closer to suit the most popular range of door sizes. Door closing is hydraulically controlled, with adjustable backcheck and regulators to give the desired closing speed. The 220 has a precision rack and pinion mechanism, and is easily mounted to the surface of door or the top jamb.
