His hands-on expertise and problem-solving skills were further honed through roles in Architectural Hardware with leading corporate manufacturers.

Over the past 20 years, Dave has grown the company into one of New Zealand’s most respected industry players, driving innovation while staying true to the values that built its foundation. His ability to bridge the best of the old and the new makes him a trusted leader and a valuable resource for both clients and his team.

Ingrid has spent many years in this business, bringing deep operational knowledge and a steady hand to the day-to-day running of the company. Reshal is a detail-focused leader with extensive experience in inventory management. Now heading our warehouse team, he plays a critical role in ensuring stock is where it needs to be—when it needs to be there. From overseeing order fulfilment to maintaining availability for our clients, Reshal keeps operations running smoothly.
